Cauliflower dishes



Planted 8 seedlings of cauliflower in end March, they mature within similar time…. meaning have been eating cauliflower nearly everyday.



The easiest and can taste cauliflower is to dry bake at 170˚C for 20 minutes, mix with oil and salt sauce, nice nutty sweetness of cauliflower.



Next is stir fry, but with moisture coming out of the vegetable, the sweetness is less. 

 


 

Then I tried to cook it with a white sauce, and grated mullet roe on top, like an Italian pasta dish. Very pretty classy presentation, taste of both is mild.




The most easy to please and presentable is cauliflower cheese. I dry bake cauliflower first, mix with cooked potato, season with salt, then cover with grated cheddar, grill for 10 minutes.
