Coriander sourdough bread

One of the prettier sourdough discard bread, fragrant, light and fluffy. 



1.Mix sourdough discard with salt and a yolk
2.Whisk white until soft peak, fold into sourdough mixture
3.Pour into greased pie dish, place fresh coriander on top, bake at 180˚C until cooked, around 20 minutes.
