Red date spread



Found organic red date in a shop and I really like it’s intoxicating smell and familia taste. Instead of using it in soup, decided to turn into a spread, for use on bread, eating it daily, another breakfast item.



Remove stone, cover with water and cook until soft, around 10 minutes and most of the water absorbed, blend until smooth. Add 1/3 volumn of coconut oil, cook on mild heat to mix well, keep in jar in the fridge, use within 2 weeks.
