Honey fermented garlic





Garlic harvest was half a month later than last year, thinking of compensating the lack of sunshine this year. Unfortunately it has been wet in that last month before harvest, so some of the bulbs in the wetter part of the ground are too wet and opened up, not good to keep.
So I peeled them all, mix with honey, and ferment away to turn into crunchy garlic in a few month’s time.
