Summer seafood





Relying on on-line fish monger’s ability to source wild fish, this summer we have a few delicious turbots, lobsters and once of tuna belly, not bad at all.

To bake turbot, around 1.2 kg, season with salt for a few hours, add olive oil/butter (optional) before baking, bake at 200˚C for 12 mintues, rest with oven door ajar for 10 minutes.
