Crab dinner




Whenever back to Hong Kong, I never tied of eating dim sum, sashimi and crab. Last night on my own, bought this 600gm flower crab, wonderful that price is lower than previous years.

Place in steamer from cold water, when boiling, steam for 11 minutes. Starting from cold water ensure the legs won’t fall off, traditional wisdom. There is this satisfaction of eating a whole crab all by myself.

Goes well with spinich salted egg garlic soup and sake.
