Lamb with apricot and basil

1. season slices of lamb with salt, pepper and brandy (or any liqueur).
2. warm oil in a pan, add a spoonful of cumin seed, when the fragrance comes out, add lamb and turn until nearly cooked.
3. add in apricot quarters, hazelnut paste (or any nut paste) soya sauce and basil, stir until apricots become soft and sauce thickens.
