Tomato Provencale

A simple way to celebrate the first harvest of tomato Marmande.
1. Drop tomatoes in boiling water for 30 sec to a minute, cool, peel skin, cut into slices.
2. Sprinkle salt & pepper, tear up basil leaves on top of tomatoes and drizzle olive oil all over, serve with slices of toast to mop up the juice.
