Tofu black fungus soup


1. Soak black fungus for 30 minutes, cut into strips. Cut tofu into cubes, wash and finely chop parsley.
2. Bring to boil stock and water, add in black fungus and miso paste, season with salt and pepper. 
3. Let soup boil for 10 minutes, turn to low heat, add tofu and cook until soup boils again. Add parsley and serve.
