Roasted plum with chili

The addition of chili flakes adds a warm note to cooked plum, the complex sweet sour savory taste goes well with sponge cake, yogurt or fresh cheese.
Cut plum into halves and remove stone, place in glass baking dish with cut side up, sprinkle with a little salt and chili flakes. Bake at 200˚C until toasted and juice come out, around 30 minutes.
