Brussels sprouts


Bought this Brussels sprouts on the stalk in supermarket in UK. A good way to transport them, stay clean, green and hard. Just remove as you cook them.

Cut them in halves, drizzle with olive oil, roast at 180˚C until edges turn golden, around 20 minutes.

I like roasting vegetables as this concentrate their real flavor, surprisingly a lot of sweetness. This is a mixed roast vegetable dish with Brussels sprouts, parsnip and red onion.
