Great party snack and super easy to make.
1. On a water bath, melt 50gm chocolate
with 50gm solid coconut cream or butter or double cream.
2. Roughly pound 50gm of roasted salty
peanut, and crumble 100gm of plain salt potato crisp.
3. Mix the above together and set in a
mould. Cut to bite size before serving.
