Cepes/porcini


While wandering around in the hill near Gothenburg's Botanical garden, saw a lot of cepes right next to the path.
I go mushroom hunting in France and never had been so easy to find cepes as here.


In no time I have gathered a big bag. Some cut into half cm slices and seared in butter until the edges slightly golden, sprinkle some salt on top, they are so fragrant and sweet.


The rest I brought back home and dried for future use.
