Belly pork with chili & cucumber


1. Slice belly pork, without rind, thinly, season with salt, white pepper, liqueur, 5 spices powder and 1tsp cornstarch for half an hour.
2. Cut cucumber and chili into strips, wash a handful of fresh herbs like parsley or chives.
3. Sear belly pork until both sides brown, add chili and cucumber, stir-fry until cucumber soften, around a minute. Add herbs and it is ready.
