This is a traditional breakfast or dessert popular in the old days, normally in winter months. The transformation and fermentation
by fungus and yeast present in the special ferment produce beneficial vitamins
and lactic acid, on top of being very fragrant and tasty.
1. Ferment rice/glutinous
rice/black rice etc as described in previous post, keep in fridge or freezer
for prolonged usage.

2. Boil an inch of water in pan, add an egg
and cooked to desired firmness, add goji berries for extra nutrients and
colour.
3. Before serving, add spoonfuls of
fermented rice, just to be warm up in the liquid.
