Fine-tuned the last pizza dinner,
changing some ingredients, make me feel good about having used my brain.

1. Pizza with onion and tomato - sweat
onion until golden, place on pizza, when baked, spoon tomato (semi dried to
concentrate flavor) sauce on top (season with basil, olive oil, salt and black
pepper).

2. Pizza with sardines, bell pepper and
preserved lemon- salt and oil bell pepper for an hour, place on pizza with
grated cheese. When half baked, place sardine and preserved lemon on top to
finish. Sprinkle a handful of chive before serving.

3. Pizza with pate, okra, beetroot and
coriander - cut okra into pieces and season with salt and oil. Bake beetroot in
aluminium foil, then cut into cubes, season with soy sauce. Spread tomato paste
on pizza, place okra, beetroot and grated cheese on top. When half-baked, put
fresh coriander leaves and pate on top to finish.

4. Pizza with nectarine, Camembert, Stilton
and fennel seed- Place nectarine slices and grated cheese on pizza. When
half-baked, put Camembert, Stilton and fennel seed on top to finish.
