Gilt head bream with tomato


Bought a 0.6kg medium size gilt head bream, worry that it will go dry on cooking, I placed tomatoes cut into halves and parsley around it, drizzle olive oil, salt and black pepper on top. 
Bake at 200˚C for 20 minutes, just right.
