Dry fried green bean with pine nut


Sort of a vegetarian version of the popular dish dry fried green bean 乾煸四季豆 using pine nut to enrich flavor instead. 
 
Dry fried green bean with pine nut

1. Cut green bean into segments, mince onion and garlic.
2. In a large pan stir-fry green bean, onion and garlic in some olive oil at medium heat, keep turning until beans are soft.
3. Season with soy sauce, mix in chopped up roasted pine nut.
