Baked tuna with potato rosti

This is a fast way to cook potato to a little crispy so as to contrast the texture of tuna.

1. Place cooked (or seasoned raw tuna ) in slices at the bottom of a baking dish.
2. Put some parsley on top.
3. Use a julienne peeler to turn potato into noodle like strips, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, crushed garlic and olive oil.

4. Lay bunches of potato rosti loosely on top of tuna, bake at 180˚C until potato slightly golden, about 20 minutes.
