Raw herring in curry mustard sauce

This is a popular way to eat herring in Norway, raw, marinated in flavorful sauce. I use smoked raw herring instead.
1. Combine mustard and yogurt, season with curry, meshed garlic, brown sugar to make a thick marinade. The smoke herring is normally very salty, so no need to add salt.

2. Cut herring into bite size pieces, mix with marinade. Leave at room temperature for a few hours or overnight in the fridge.
3. Add a handful of coriander before serving.
