Light cheese biscuit |
A friend brought this biscuit to a
gathering, they are so light and tasty that I can't help eating a lot, and
asked for the recipe. Super simple and easy to make.
100gm flour,
100gm parmigianno cheese (12months old is
good, 24months are more tasty but more oily so need to adjust recipe by adding
more flour),
100gm cold butter
1. Mix together to form a dough, wrap with
baking paper and shape into round or square long tube around 3cm diameter.

2. Fridge until hard, cut into 3mm thick slices and place apart on baking paper.
Bake at 180˚C until lightly golden, around 10-15 minutes.
