Green bean with dry prawn curry



With steady harvest of runner and climbing beans, I need to come up with different recipies.
This is an easy curry with dry prawn to add flavor and protein, a good meal on its own.

Green bean with dry prawn curry

1. Bake green beans at 170˚C until soft, around 15 minutes.
2. Sear some garlic and onion until golden, add curry powder, stir until fragrant, add a cup of coconut milk and dry prawn, season with salt and brown sugar.
3. When sauce thicken, add cooked beans, mix well, add fresh herbs just before serving.
