Pizza evening


 
The weather is finally stable and very pleasant to have alfresco dinner, this is the first pizza dinner of the year, served 4.

Pizza bianca with garlic onion and chive
 

1. Pizza bianca with garlic onion and chive 

confit garlic

Cook garlic in olive oil at medium heat until soft, around half an hour, mesh up into a paste. Cut onion into brunoise and chives into strips, mix with garlic and season with salt. 

Pizza with sardine, zucchini, seaweed and sesame


2. Pizza with sardine, zucchini, seaweed and sesame

Cut zucchini into slices, season with salt and pepper, rest for an hour and remove all liquid, add olive oil.

Place zucchini on rolled out pizza, bake half way and add sardine halves, sprinkle generously seaweed flakes and sesame for flavor and crunch. 

Pizza with blood sausage, carrot and rocket


3. Pizza with blood sausage, carrot and rocket

Cut carrot into thin slices and mix with olive oil. Freeze blood sausage for a couple of hours, (cut into thick slices) so that they can stand the cooking.

Spread tomato paste on rolled out pizza, place carrot and blood sausages on top. When finish baking, sprinkle rocket on top. 

 
Pizza with goat cheese, pepper and pickled fig


4. Pizza with goat cheese, pepper and picklde fig

Cut green pepper into strips, season with salt and pepper, rest for an hour and remove all liquid, mix with olive oil.

Spread tomato paste on rolled out pizza dough, place pepper, goat cheese and cut up pieces of pickled fig on top.
