Pork chop with plum Agen

 
Cooking is a way to use seasonal fruit, especially those attacked by birds and insects.
Pork chop with plum Agen 

1. Season pork chop with salt and a little brown sugar, for a nice seared colour.
2. Sweat onion and ginger until golden, add pork chop and sear both side lightly golden.
3. Add plums, season with soy sauce and rice wine, cook for a minute until soft, add some parsley for colour.
