Roast lamb shoulder

Using the Indian method of having yogurt in marinade in preparing this lamb shoulder, for cooking on barbeque.

1. Make 2 deep cuts into the bone of the meat for easier cooking through.

2. Make a marinade with half cup of yogurt, 2 crushed garlic cloves, a lot of fresh thyme, salt and some brown sugar. Rub all over lamb and season for a day.
