Once in a while I like a good pieces of
steak, thick cut with the rib bone attached, I like the juicy meaty taste.

The
best way to cook is on barbeque, a large pile of whitish coal below, medium
hot, cooking for 10 minutes one side then 8 minutes the other side, rest for 10
minutes.
