Walked down to the forest when the weather
is cooler and the fear of horsefly is over. Found this giant mushroom growing
on a dead tree trunk.

What a funny name for a mushroom, according
to the book it is not related to its shape, but to the texture. Indeed after
searing, it tasted like dry chicken breast!
