Tuna with soy and chive |
With very fresh tuna, I like them just
cooked on the outside, inside still raw for a juicy result. Overcooked tuna is
like chicken breast, too dry. I coat it with soy sauce for a mild saltiness
and the quick brown effect on searing, more attractive.
1. Cut tuna into thick cubes or strips,
season with soy sauce.
2. Cut chive into pieces in a bowl.
3. Add tuna into medium hot pan, without
any oil, sear in its own oil, turn to brown all sides.
4. Pour tuna and oil into bowl with chive,
stir and serve.
