I like to use curry powder to make a fragrant
light sauce, to serve with simply seared steak, so easy to make and so
colourful.

1. Season lamb steak with salt and
white pepper. Sear both sides light golden and middle rare, remove from pan.
2. When the pan is cooled a little, add 3
tablespoons of yogurt, season with curry powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice,
salt and brown sugar.
3. Bring to boil, then remove from heat,
add lamb steak to warm up, mix in coriander before serving.
