Bottling wine



Last year was a disaster grape year, very low yield due to heavy rain during flowering period. Still we managed to harvest some red Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and white Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng grapes.

After 3 months of fermentation with the grape skin and 5 months of resting, the wines are ready to bottle.

They both have rich colour, the red one reddish black and white one is actually an orange wine. The taste is good but need longer time to mellow out.
