Salmon in cream sauce |
In hot summer, it is more comfortable to
use the oven instead of cooking in front of a hot stove. I now like this way of
baking fish, in a cream sauce, so that the fillet stays moist.

1. Make a cream sauce using 2/3 whipping
cream, 1/3 sherry, season with salt, white pepper, some cut up onion, and a tbsp of any
nut butter (to thicken) .
2. Place fillet of salmon in sauce, place
thin slices of butter on top, bake at 190˚C until cooked, around 15 minutes.
