Beginning of autumn now, sunny days and
definitely cooler evening. It is still enjoyable to serve pizza alfresco, watching
the changing colours at sunset, then the star filled sky.

1. Pizza bianca - coriander topped with grated
Veli Jose, a salty aged cow cheese from Istria Croatia.

2. Pizza ratatouille - spread tomato paste
on dough, add pre-baked and seasoned zucchini and eggplants, mixed with semi dried tomato,
thyme, and grated Gruyere.

3. Pizza cucumber with tuna/bean - curry nutty
cucumber noodles, a part topped with tuna and the rest with pre-cooked beans
(to cater for vegetarians) and grated Gruyere.

4. Pizza okra, fig with blood sausage/goat
cheese - cut up and seasoned okra, semi-dried figs, blood sausage/goat
cheese, topped with grated Gruyere.
