The last playing on this theme, spring
onion and mix seed savory snacks, this time with the addition of eggs, become
light, fluffy and crispy Yorkshire pudding.

1. 75gm flour, 2 eggs, 100gm water, 1/2 tsp
salt, spring onion, mix seeds (sesame seed, flax, caraway etc), rest for at
least 2 hours for seeds to swell up.

2. Pre-heat oven to 220˚C, drizzle some oil
in muffin tins (more oil will be crispier), heat up in oven for 2 minutes, then quickly place a spoonful of
mixture in each tins, return to oven and bake for 20 minutes.
