Cauliflower in coconut sauce |
This is a
fragrant sauce for a mild tasting vegetable, very easy to prepare and cook in
the oven.
Cut cauliflower and
carrot into pieces, garlic into thin slices, mix with 1/2 cup of coconut milk,
salt and white pepper, bake at 170˚C until just soft, around 30 minutes, turn vegetables half way into cooking.
