| Pork with nectarine and basil |
A bit like sweet sour pork with pineapple, this version is less sour, less sweet and more fragrant.
1. Cut pork into strips, season with salt, soy sauce, 5 spices powder, corn starch.
2. Cut onion into strips, nectarine into slices, sweat onion until soft, add pork and sear all sides golden, remove from pan.
3. Add nectarine and soy sauce, cook to soften, return pork to the pan, mix well, add a handful of fresh basil just before serving.
