Monkfish with sesame and seaweed

 



Tried Monkfish this week, pure white and boneless, I used sesame and seaweed to add colour and flavor.

1. Season monkfish filet with salt for a few hours.

2. Bake at 200˚C turbo grill for 10 minutes.

3. Cover with sesame and seaweed mixture, cut into slices.
