Slow cooked pork ribs and potatoes



Finally found an organic pig farmer and can enjoy pork again happily, ordered pork ribs and pork shoulder cut to try, my favorites.

 

 

Slow cooked pork ribs 


1. Season ribs with miso, soy sauce, brown sugar, 5 spices powder, minced garlic and rice wine for a day.

2. Bring to room temperature (2 hours), bake at 150˚C for 1.5 hours. 

 

 

Slow cooked potatoes


 

3. Cut potato and sweet potato into 3mm slices, shake to cover with oil, bake together, waxy middle and slightly roasted edges, delicious.
