Buttermilk pancake

 

While dairy cows are still outside eating green grass, bought more organic cream to churn into butter. This generated buttermilk and I have to find ways to use it up. Other than adding into soup, in bread, also made pancake for breakfast, pretty good to have a change.

 

2 eggs

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

300gm buttermilk (or milk)

200gm flour

 

1. Mix the ingredients well and fridge overnight (for a softer result).

2. Spread into thin layer in non-stick pan with a little butter, make around 8 pancakes.
