| Perfectly grilled lobster | 
Always try to get the cooking right without too much fuss, so that lobster tail is medium, sweet and tender, and claws are cooked, got it right this time.
1. Put 100ml boiling water at the bottom of oven, heat to 220˚C at turbo grill.
2. Place lobster on top shelf, grill for 8 minutes (1kg).
3. Rest inside oven with door ajar for another 10 minutes.
