Hot pot and plancha of fresh seafood

It is a simple and good way to enjoy fresh seafood, able to cook each piece to the right degree, and food stay hot throughout the meal.

1. Clean and dry squid and score crisscross pattern, cut into pieces.

2. Clean and dry scallop, cut into halves.

 

No need to season, can leave in the fridge without cover for half a day to dry out a bit more. Serve with mild soy sauce or chili sauce.
