Fantastic Mweeloon bay oyster, beautiful deep triangular shape, meaty and good texture, with such sweet flavour, indeed the best.
According to the on-line fishmonger, the constant rocking in the floating basket in that bay act as a gym, open / close / open / close…. Oyster body building, resulting in the oversize abductor muscle.
