A proper raspberry cake, served with yogurt and raspberry coulis.
1.Frangipane cake: mix together 3 eggs, 180 almond flour, 180 butter, 100 sugar, bake at 180˚C until golden, around 25 minutes.
2.When cool. spread yogurt on top, place raspberry as decoration.
3. Mesh and cook some raspberry with brown sugar, remove seeds, thicken coulis with cornstarch.
