A one star restaurant 1.5 hour from home, on the outskirt of Galway. Too far to drive back and no where nearby to stay, the best is to go there by campervan, eat and sleep in their carpark.
The meal is memorable, an Irish Italian chef, serving a set 14 dishes course according to the season. Very tasty, pretty dishes, using a large selection of ingredients, perfect cooking degree, half way through I forgot that I am in Ireland, the best restaurant so far. One that I wish to come back every couple months to see what new dishes he could come up with.
