An oyster grower based in Galway, his oysters are the best I have eaten in Ireland. Very sweet from the extra large abductor muscle which is being exercised daily by living in a rotating basket in the sea, the latest oyster growing method.
Frankly being quite a good size oyster, after eating 9 pieces, I felt full already.
