This has to be the easiest and fastest to make, the tastiest and the healthiest snack!
Use an aged, at least 6 to 12 months old hard cheese, Comte, Parmigiano, Cheddar etc., after baking the flavor concentrates, so do not use a cheese that taste salty.

1. Cut very thin slices, 1mm, space out on a baking paper, bake at 180˚C, the cheese will melt and start bubbling, evaporating the remaining water, and form the beautiful lace pattern, when this slows down to nearly stop, it is ready, around 10 minutes.
2. When cool enough to handle, move onto paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Variations

1. Sprinkle flour on top, the resulting crisp will taste milder but even crispier.
