Raking red wine

The grapes have fermented for 40 days, the colour of wine looks great, deep dark red, very harsh tannic at the moment, but full of flavor, very pleased. 

It is time to separate the wine from skins, pips and yeast. The clear portion just simply siphon out, the rest is being pressed using the traditional wood press to get the last drop.
