Using seasonal ingredients, all locally
sourced, including items like elderberry and broad bean flowers, green strawberry
etc, every dish is packed full of flavor, different textures and pleasing
colours, this is a truly memorable tasting menu. All dishes were small, but enough to have a good taste and not over eaten at the end.
