Roast fruit and vegetables



One of the ways to use up premature fallen apples that are too hard and sour to eat, is to bake them, they puffed up like mini souffles and goes well with roast meat.

1. Peel skin and cut firm green apple in to wedges, beetroot and potato into thick chips, shake in a big bowl to cover with olive oil.
2. Bake at 200˚C until golden, around 35 minutes.
