My type of one pot cooked dish for lunch, using sweet potatoes from the garden.

1. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes, place in
baking dish with lid, add a cm of water and salt, bake at 180˚C until soft,
around 20 minutes.
2. Cut sausages into pieces, mix with
fennel feathery leaves and liqueur, place on top of sweet potato and bake for
another 15 minutes.
3. Serve on a plate with lamb's lettuce.
