Baked curry endive




Endive is a popular vegetable in winter, it is juicy with a very mild bitter taste. I like this baking method, simple no work at all, the use of curry take away the bitterness.

Cut endives into segments, season with salt, curry powder, brown sugar and olive oil, shake to mix well. Place in baking dish and bake at 130˚C until cooked, around 20 minutes.
